Fred Flintstone

Fred Flintstone, together with his family, Wilma and Pebbles, are members of The Flintstones, an animated cartoon series, together with Barney and Betty Rubble, and their son Bamm-Bamm.

His favorite phrase when he’s happy is Yabba-Dabba-Doo! Fred Flintstone’s hometown is Bedrock, a prehistoric city where dinosaurs and men live together peacefully, though dinosaurs generally fill the role of machines.

For example, Fred Flintstone is a bronto crane operator, driving a brontosaurus.

Every machine or appliance in the world of Fred Flintstone is powered by a dinosaur, small or big. The exception would be cars here, which are powered by the feet of its driver.

Fred is a great bowler and also a champion golfer!  Fred Flintstone was voiced by Alan Reed until he died in 1977.
